REFUND POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase for a FULL CREDIT REFUND. We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund.
VAPE PEN POLICY
Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of disposable vape pens, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge. You must report this within 48 hours of receiving your item. You will be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all initially included components to process your claim.
